Enhancements / Improvements

• Deploy Swiftlet: Hot deploy performance improved.

Bugfixes

• SwiftMQ HA Router: NullPointerException or deadlock at the ACTIVE HA instance during shutdown of both HA instances when CLI commands "halt" or "reboot" is invoked and both HA instances are running and an Extension Swiftlet is currently deployed.
• Spring Support (Pooling): New producers are created each time if Spring's DynamicDestinationResolver (which uses createQueue/Topic internally and always returns a different object) is used. We now use the destination name to key the pool.

• Configuration compatible with previous releases: 4.5.0 (routerconfig.xml will be converted on the first startup)
