Hop Limits for Route Announcements
A new attribute "route-announce-hop-limit" has been added to the standard Routing Swiftlet and the Routing/Unlimited Swiftlet.
Hop limits can be defined to reduce the amount of routes to be announced in a federated router network and can be
used alternatively or in addition to the more complicated route filters.

Bugfixes

A routing connection in a closed state wasn't removed from a routing scheduler and could lead to high CPU utilization. This bug only occurs with multiple routes per destination.
